Staff at hotel were very helpful and attentive. Food in the restaurant was average for a four star hotel and menu was limited. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Hotel is very dated in decor and a little bit shabby round the edges. Overall I would give the hotel a 3* plus rating. Nonetheless it is well located for visiting the centre of Vitoria-Gasteiz and everything is within walking distance. Quick taxi transfer by taxi from Vitoria airport as well.
