Excellent place to stay

My partner and I stayed at the Barcelo Costa Cancun for 8 days in April. We were away from 3 months and this hotel would have been the best place we stayed at. The all inclusive package is fantastic. The service was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and friendly and would bring you drinks before you even asked. Our room was on the top floor and had views over the pool. The room was very clean and really nice. The hotel itself is situated towards one end of the hotel zone, but there is a bus that runs past every few minutes and is dirt cheap. The hotel also has a bus which will take you to a different bar/club every night so getting in to the main area was never a problem. Would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone.

My usband and I have just come back from Mexico and had a good time at this hotel wihc is actually pretty nice. The room we got at first was a bit smelly as it was a room for smokers but when we requested a non smoking room the staff immediately gave us one. We bought the upgrade and got a fantastic room on the 4th floor with great views of the bay and a great terrace. The food is very good and the staff is always willing to please, definitely will recommend the hotel to friends. Only downside is that when people come back totally drunk from their night out they'll wake you up no matter where your room is situated... oh well, suppose when you're on vacation you have the luxury of sleeping in a bit in the morning....

Review of 'Gran Costa Real'

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and it was the most fantastic hotel i have seen. The staff were all friendly, the rooms were very clean. This was the most best 2 weeks I have ever seen. Really you just couldnt get any better. I would advise anyone to go to this hotel and cancun is just carribean paradise.


If I went to Cancun again I would defiently stay at this hotel again. So everyone has just got to try this out because you dont no what you are missing.
