October is not the best time to visit the area as most restaurants, shops and hotels are closed for the winter.
The decor of the hotel is unusual but very comfortable and the facilities are good.
The staff are absolutely excellent, they are friendly, helpful and do all they can to ensure your enjoy your stay. Like all Sardinians they are naturally very nice people.
A couple of downsides are the availability of drinks and food, there is no restaurant which means going out to eat every evening and the breakfasts get a bit samey after a while.
I would definitely return but not in October.
