Just a short note to say all the negative reviews i have read so far are wrong, i have stayed in many hotels around the world, some four and five star including many cruise ships. The Balmoral is a two star hotel with a four star feel about it, the rooms are very clean and adequate, people are moaning they had to pay for extras, they didnt, deposits had to be paid for tv and air con remotes refundable on departure, the food was excellent although a little basic but there again this was a budget holiday, you get what you pay for and i think it was top dollar.
