We stayed for a second time at the balmoral after being there in September and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Elanor the receptionist even gave us the same room because we liked it so much the first time. The rest of the staff were pleasant and really helpful and the hotel lovely and clean. The food was quite good - we were half board - no great but okay. The only d.ownside was the sun beds around the pool which were old and very uncomfortable and my husband hurt his back on one, but all in all it was excellent value for money we would definitely go back again.
