Our stay at the Bajondillo

Just back from a stay in the Bajondillo....had a good holiday with just a few faults. Our room wasnt ready for us on arrival but when given we were quite impressed...spotlessy clean and maintained every day, adequate cooking facilities and bathroom. Only downside was the pool area, very overcrowded, never got a sunbed and the actual pool was filthy. Complex is close to the lift which will bring you straight to the town centre.

room was adequate-very comfortable beds and nice bathroom."sea view"is not a phrase i would use!! we were on the 5th floor and to see the sea you had to lean right over the balcony and look to the far right for a glimpse between the blocks!
car parking here is TOTALLY INADEQUATE-(july & aug). managed to park at hotel only twice in 12 days, the car park is always full and you wont find anywhere else to park nearby unless you cut your day short to find a space. The night i arrived the car park was full so i had to park on the main road and walk for 15mins with a heavy case,back to the apartments.
I cannot emphasize strongly enough that if you're here in peak season DO NOT HIRE A CAR IF YOU"RE STAYING HERE-you'll still need a taxi to take you from your car to the apartments-you've been warned!

This will be my 4th time, another women her 4rd time and the other 2 I think like 9. We have a man with us also, his 3rd time. We love itl. Grand circle is great, especially Rebecca and the guides are great. Desk people are wonderful. Medical attention is so convenient, the doctors come right to your room. Feel very comfortable and safe there and the surrounding area. We are staying four weeks this year, last year 5, the year before three

Excellent staff and facilities. This was our third visit and enjoyed meeting old friends who we have kept in touch with. Apartments well maintained and cleaning crew excellent. Thanks to Marco entertainments manager.

Loved our Christmas in 'Bajondillo'with its lovely rooms, staff,food, entertainment, all the staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were spotless with maid service every day. a lovely hotel at a very reasonable price.On the day we were leaving we were able to keep our room until 7pm for 24e. This really suited us as our flight wasnt until 9.30pm.Will be returning very soon

this was our first time at the banjondillo and i feel it will not be our last. the holtel lived up to all the reviews i had read about it. The rooms were immaculately clean and spacious, with clean towels everyday, we couldn't the high standard and the good price we paid, we asked for a room with a sea view,and although we were not facing directly to the sea the view was good. On our second day we received a call from reception askinf if we wanted to change to a better room with a view, this was declined as we were satisfied with the one we had. facilities were good and location was excellent. Will stay there again

Bajondillo Apartments

We have stayed at the Bajondillo on three different occasion all within the last 12 months. We have nothing but praise for the apartments. They are spotless, the staff are freindly and very helpful, the location is ideal with the steps into town only 100 yards away and the beach across the road. Entertainment is very good and the bar is freindly. Lastly the prices for accomodation are some of the lowest in Torremolonos. We shal go back.

Just back from a short 4 day break in the Bajondillo. This was our 3rd time to stay here and we have never been disapponted. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment this time and would really recommend it for the extra space. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff were helpful and friendly but not great with the english speaking. Entertainment every evening in the American Bar and the Salon Show. The Cetus restaurent was used for the very ample breakfast in the morning at only 7 euros, and in the evenings a most delicious dinner served in beautiful surroundings. Very good value at 24 euros. The Bajondillo is close to the centre of Torremolinos. The famous "Steps" and San Miquel Street are just a short stroll away for all your shopping needs. The Bajondillo is very big and set in three large blocks but still manages to retain an intimacy and friendliness all its own. We will certainly be going back.

I enjoyed my stay, its relaxin but my boyfriend had his chain nicked, by light finger maids! not much for the kiddes but great entertainment for adluts 40-over not really a young persons spot. spent most of our time in sol principle hotel brillant for all ages. if your in to consumer rights well your in for a shock, people who work there are not very friendly they can talk broken english till you complain! Food and beer is cheap, stalls are dearer than ireland. but thats just 1 opinion.

I have visited Bajondilla apts, on two different vacations..with a tour group. I found it to be very relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable on both occasions. I am anxious to go back on my own. As a single,(senior)I would feel completely comfortable, as I know there would be many friendly and interesting other guests there enjoying thier stay also. The town is quaint, and yet everything one would would need to make the trip fun, is there....

Superb Hotel. so much so we have been going back there for nine years now, hotel is spotless, the staff are so friendly, the food is spot on, entertainment is fantastic, always plenty to do. The rooms are well equipped for self catering, I wouldn't go any where else, excellent family hotel, something for everyone. Central location, for beach, and main town centre, withing travelling distance for aqua park, tivoli world, fuengirola (markets) & Benalmadena. Thoroughly recommend a stay at the Bajondillo.

My wife and I just got back from two weeks stay (March '06) at the Bajondillo and are already planning our next visit. It is the perfect place to stay. It is across the street from the beach and close to all that is going on. We dicovered some really great eating places nearby as well as a couple good grocery stores. The Bajondillo is close to the train station and close to the bus for when we wanted to discover Spain. There is always some FREE entertainment going on in the Bajondillo so you are never bored. And to top it off we were greeted each morning by a couple friendly kittens down by the pool. We loved it!!!

Every time myself, my wife stayed at the Bajondillo apartments we felt very relaxed in a friendly welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere. The restaurants provided excellent meals at an affordable cost and the entertainment in the evenings meant that we didnt have to leave the grounds of our apartment. If we are lucky enough to avail of a booking at the Bajondillo apartments this year we will certaintly be going back. Both my wife and myself would strongly recommend a stay at these apartments.
