Nice Hotel in a good market area. Views were great from Thailands Tallest Building. Had a little problem with booking and after 3 different room changes we were upgraded to a higher level. I had internet booked about 1 month earlier and requested a non smoking room however they had put us in a smoking room, then there were no king beds left and they offered to put two beds together which would have been fine if we were 100! Finally a manager came over and straight away looked at the situation and upgraded us which is what should have been done after the first request was not followed through. Overall the Hotel was nice and the staff were all very helpfull.
