We stayed here from 4th Jan untill 11th Jan 2008. I cannot see why you could moan about this place, it is clean the staff are friendly you get a FREE bus in to Puerto De La Crurz where you can gey all you need to make the perfect holiday. The only dissapointment we were the only british cou;le that we found in the hotel so we were a little outnumbered(small price to pay) yes we would come here again and would recomend it to our friends I hope the tavel agents promote this place more widely

we found the staff very friendly, room was clean and basic. The gardens are very nice and well maintained. We where the only British in the Hotel which we personally found disappointing. A good location to visit Puerto De La Cruz and Loro Parque Sea World. A cooked breakfast was only served once during the week we were there, rest of the time it was basic continental. On the whole we did enjoy our stay and would recommend to anybody.

Very quiet situation but convenient for puerto de la cruz and the autopista.friendly staff, very nice apartments.food not always good but plenty of it. Nice pool (not heated unfortunately) beautiful gardens.been there 4 or 5 times now and only met one other british guest, mainly german.;this is ok, everyone keeps to themselves anyway. would definitely go again
