The Avenida de Canarias is situated in the centre of Vecindario, plenty of sightseeing attractions are within easy reach of the hotel. The city of Maspalomas can be reached in approximately ten minutes by car, while Las Palmas is around 20 minutes away. Facilities at the hotel include a café and bar and business guests may also make use of the conferencing facilities. Comfortable rooms have modern appliances to make guests stay and enjoyable as possible.

We live in Lanzarote and had to travel to Gran Canaria for a hospital appointment for our 6 week old baby. We took a little while to find the place, with the 1 way system around Vecindario but on arrival found the staff very friendly and they couldn´t do enough to help us. A very secure place with key cards needed to operate the lifts to hotel floors. The rooms were very clean and modernly furnished with laminate floors and leather type sofa. Breakfast was also included in the price with brilliant value for money. I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in March for our next appointment.
