This certainly was a large hotel, but we were warmly welcomed. The short distance from the airport makes this a popular hotel with business travellers as traffic around Madrid is heavy. However it certainly is not far from Madrid centre, traffic permitting.
All the staff were friendly although only the desk staff speak English well.
The rooms were clean and well laid out, although don't expect spectacular views as the hotel is built on its own.
This is also a drawback as there is no-where in the hotel you can enjoy the sun apart from the very small and uninspiring sun deck area. For gym fans there is a small but functional gym.
This hotel is good for the business traveller with excellent conferencing facilities, but a little isolated for tourist travellers.
