What our customers say
Just returned from a very pleasurable holiday in Venice. Like the other reviews I would recommend Venices best kept secret, The Lido. The whole place is so much more laid back and not so much of a tourist "rip off". Eating and drinking at a fraction of the cost of the tourist trap. TRAVEL I would recommend to any one travelling to go online "Hellovenezia" and buy a "Venice Card" we were £101 for two for a week, thats all your transport, Vaparreto and buses on the Lido plus acces to certain Museums and the beautifull churches in Venice also discounts for other attractions.
Atlanta Augustus : Room 304 opposite the elevator but did not hear it +++
Its a bedroom and bathroom not huge not small but did what you require. Well you basically sleep there, not going into any other detail !! It was spotless and freshened up every day the bathroom likewise, could have done with a bath to soak the aching muscles after a day wandering around Venice. Staff were great but as previously reviewed breakfast was a bit dull, not sure where the description of "American Style Buffet Breakfast" came from, have they ever been in the States for breakfast obviously not. That said with a wealth of bars and resturants minutes away a "Cafe and a fresh made Pastry or sandwich" is never far away. Spent most evenings for a night cap at Jeraboams where Mario and his merry band of men made sure there was a plentifull supply of Campari Spritz, the red stuff all the Italians seem to drink no matter what time of day it is I see the point now. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting 5/5
