We stayed at this hotel during the Oktoberfest period. The staff were helpful and the location was easy walking distance to both the main train station and the Beerfest grounds. Overall a good stay, particularly for location. There is no airconditioning however, and the rooms were quite warm and a bit unbearable at night. We were there mid September.
