Review of 'ARIZONA'

i really enjoyed staying there meet loads of people. The only thing i hated about that place was leaveing it. It was fun all round with the games during the day and some at night the one thing i will miss about this place is my friends i meet there. This is one of the best holidays i've been on i will advise you all to go there 5/5 i give it.

We stayed at the Arizona Apartments at the end of July 2005 and had a really great time. It's very near to the centre, which has loads of clubs, restaurants, etc. The apartments were really nice and very big. The entertainer Wim was excellent and we enjoyed all the games and quizzes that he did. The beach was only a five minute walk away and the weather was brilliant. The pool was great for the kids as it was always warm and not too deep. I would not hesitate to go back to the Arizona and would definately reccomend it.

WAS A BIT WORRIED AS THE REVIEWS ON THESE APARTMENTS WERE NOT GOOD.  HAD A GOOD STAY AT THESE APARTMENT - ALL FACILITIES IN APARTMENTS LIKE MICROWAVE, FRIDGE FREEZER, TV, KETTLE, TOASTER AND WERE QUITE BIG AND SPACIOUS WITH TWO BATHROOMS.  CLOSE TO THE CENTRE AND NOT FAR FROM THE BEACH.  POOL WAS GREAT FOR THE KIDS AS THEY MEET ALOT OF FRIENDS AND BABY POOL WAS HEATED.  GOOD FOR FAMILY'S AND SINGLE PEOPLE.  WAS ONE PROBLEM HEARD THAT THERE HAD BEEN SOME ROBBERY'S TO FOUR APARTMENTS WHETHER IT WAS TRUE OR NOT I DONT KNOW BUT DID NOT HAPPEN TO US AND WE HAD BOOKED TWO APARTMENTS AND WAS HAPPY WITH THEM. SMALL PROBLEM WITH ANTS BUT GOT ANT SPRAY AND THEN IT WAS OK.  THEY DID CLEAN APARTMENTS AND CHANGE SHEETS AND TOWELS AND LOO ROLLS ETC.    MIRIAM - DUBLIN

We stayed in the Arizona in late Oct 2005.  We stayed there a few years back and on reading reviews before we went then were a bit concerned re: break ins and the like. Before we travelled people seemed to still be posting the like.  I must say we didnt hear of one incident whilst we were there on both ocassions we have stayed there. We were 2 families staying and as we got rooms next to each other unfortunately our downstairs bathroom was unavailable due to refurbishment, not a problem though as there was one upstairs.  Most people would complain and ask to be moved but we were on holiday and  any Minor things like that are just not worth complaining about-these jobs have to be done at some point and in no way did it interfere with our time there.  Overall we have enjoyed both stays there, you do get a little noise from the C.C. but thats only to be expected. Security wise, do as you would do at home ie: lock the doors and windows before you go out and especially dont leave valuble aroud and use the safety deposit boxes, shouldnt then have any problems.
