Good location for bus into Venice at only 1 euro. Quiet area of Mestre. Clean bright centrally heated rooms but bathroom was rather cramped. To use toilet had to stand in shower tray. There are two breakfast rooms 1 continental which was good choice and adequate the second was for full breakfast at extra cost. Rooms not very soundproof but would stay here again.
