What our customers say
This hotel was as described in terms of features and facilities, however, we experienced a few problems. Our room faced out onto the castle, which also unfortunately means our room looked out onto the street. The noise in our room at night was completely unbelievable (and we were on the 4th floor). the noise from the people below was simply incredible. The windows cannot be double glazed (or if they are the glass is paper thin!!!) The next morning we headed up to the restaurant at about 09:30 to get breakfast (which we were told was served both upstairs in the restaurant with the additional choice of a buffet downstairs). Upon arriving at the restaurant we were very impolitely told "we aren't taking any more guests upstairs, you will need to go to the buffet if you want fed!!". Charming!! When we got to the buffet, the majority of the food was cold. The hotel location was great however, but the staff and glazier could do with a talking to!!!
