Brilliant apartments, very spacious. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom ustairs. 1 of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the house garden, the other bedroom overlooks the complex's street. Downstairs longe/diner with patio doors to garden. Kitchen with washroom attached containing washer. The complex is lovely and very secure 2 sets of keys on arrival containing keys for the houses and for the gates into the complex. The complex has a small bar. Swimming pools were out of use due to the heavy flooding in Benidorm before we arrived. Complex located behind Sol Pelicanos near to indoor market and outdoor market at the bottom of the street. Breakfasts very good at Mo's bar outside of complex gates. Loads of cheap eating and drinking places close by, beach 10 minute stroll away. Highly recommended for the price paid.

We have just come back from a week away in Benidorm. Great apartment/house. Ideal for a family. Two good sized bedrooms, big bathroom and a downstairs loo. Kitchen adequately equipped. Our washing machine didn't seem to work but it really wasn't a problem. Nice little garden to hang wet towels and swimwear out. Excellent location. 5 mins walk from a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. 10 mins from a beautiful beach. Def recommend to young families and couples.

Just back from a week at this complex today 30th Sept 2007 and found the accomodation to be in need of a renovation as it is quite dilapatated.The house itself was in need of a freshen up ie, a lick of paint and a good clean out. We actually left the property cleaner than when we found it. Saying that it was good value for money and the only real gripe was the pool was closed for the full week we where there and any swimming had to be done at the beach or at the Aqualand complex which wasnt cheap. Good at night as there is a security gaurd to keep an eye out. When we complained about the pool we where told the filters were blocked due to the heavy rain the previous week. Which means the pool was out of action for almost 2 weeks.Also when we went to use the washing machine it blew out all the lights but the lights were fixed in no time but not the machine though. All in all I would use again but get the painters in please

Then apartment was lovely and was in the center of everything. Our ages where 51 33 and 18. Every patio on our block was overgrown so it was no good to us as no sun could get in. I did find there was confusion over the key. I also found the manager who i only saw was rather abrupt when we where leaving the apartment and we did leave at 10 00. Very nice clean apartmants the only problem there is no sun loungers near the pool and you had to take you own from your back garden every day and take them back which was quite heavy. vey good at night as there is a 24 hour security man which made me feel very safe and love going to the english bar on a morning for a lovely breakfast i am going to book again to go next year all in all i loved my stay at the rinconardo real.

apartments are basic but clean. they are well situated with bars and restaurants near by. when we arrived the cot we had hired was not there but we phoned up and it arrived soon after. i phoned up about the garden being over growm and they came the next day to cut the hedges. all in all an excelent holiday, I would recommend this accomodation to anyone.

My 3 friends and I (age 46) visited Rinconada Real in September 2006. There was a little confusion about key collection but it was easily sorted. These little houses on this little estate were unlike anything I have ever stayed in before but suited us just fine. The house consists of 3 up and 2 down with a garden area. Security was fine with a safety deposit box available to hire in the house and gates on the front of the complex with a 24-hr security guard. The house has a washing machine and iron which was handy. We paid 6 euros per day for use of the air-conditioner which was worth every cent. The complex is close to the outdoor market and walking distance to both the beach and the night life. My only criticism was that although there are 3 swimming pools there are no sun loungers - we went to the beach every day. We did notice that some people carried sun loungers from their garden to the poolside every day but there wasn't much room for them. The complex has a small cafe/bar (which we didn't use), and a play area for kids. Just outside the gates is a bar owned by an english couple who are very friendly and helpful.

stayed there in setember 2005 very good everything you need in the houses, only take clothes for a week inside of two weeks a washer in the house, garden with line to pegout clothes, can take more bargains home without worring about going ouer weight at the airport, very good will be going again.

Pleasant and quiet location at the back of the Levante side of Benidorm. All walking was on flat level ground, no hills to encounter. The apartments/town house's are slightly dated but adequate and comfortable. Kitchen has a full Cooker, fridge freezer, and Washing Machine. Private terrace outside and upstairs two good bedrooms and a large family bathroom. No Maid service (hence the washing machine). A large and well stocked supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk from the gates of the complex along with all the ammenities of a large resort such as Benidorm. The main nightlife was about 10 minutes walk away.
Complex has three good sized clean swimming pools but no loungers. there is a poll bar to get drinks and snacks from , along with a small play park. the complex is mainly residential and so is fairly quiet. Ideal if you are in a large party and dont want to be in a 2 bedroomed apartment 20 plus floors up in the sky.

You cannot call Rinconda Real apartments really as they are more like houses.
They have a ground floor with kitchen including an Iron and washing machine
There is a toilet and wash basin, lovely lounge and a small garden with furniture ( 4 chairs, table, and 4 sunloungers.)
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and bathroom including shower and toilet.
they are very clean and ideally situated between the indoor market and outdoor market.
These are ideal for children as you have no lifts or balcony to worry about. There are 3 pools, play area, bar, hairdressers, supermarket, cafe and tennis courts. EXCELLENT.

stayed for a week. rooms/houses ideal as their was 10 girls. quite central for bars and resteraunts. went in september,weather great, pools warm,clean accomodation. going to book again for a 40th birthday in april 06.
