Renovated in 2006, this complex has a total of 74 apartments over 4 floors and is very popular with younger guests. The 24-hour reception and further facilities are available in the neighbouring complex Las Piramides. A currency exchange desk, a small supermarket, a bar, a restaurant and TV room are on offer. Guests may also make use of the Internet access (fees apply). This apartment complex enjoys a central location, only around 50 m away from the tourist centre Playa de Las Americas, where guests will find countless restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. The nearest beach is located just 300 m from the hotel. Travel time to Tenerife South airport is approximately 15 minutes. The stylish apartments include an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette, a fridge, tea/coffee maker, a TV and a hire safe. The hotel features a swimming pool and sun loungers as well as parasols in the grounds, which are shared with the neighbouring complex. It is also possible to play billiards (fees apply). Sun loungers and parasols are laid out ready for use on the beach (available at an additional fee). The complex shares the reception with the neighbouring complex, Las Piramides. During high season, the hotel is especially popular with younger guests. Older guests may find this season unpleasant.

Stayed Cattleya Jan 2007. Suprised how big the apartment was but it was very basic, but clean would have loved a toaster! Rather a trek from the road to get to our apartment, though there was a gate near us but you could only get out and in. Very central to all bars and restaurants and the sea front where you can easily walk to Christianos with lots of nice places to eat and drink. Weather was absolutely great. Oh yes a very nice gesture was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival.
