We have just arrived back from 2 weeks at this hotel. We had a fantastic time. We stayed in a two bed apartment, the room was clean and tidy, staff were all very helpful and happy. Stayed all inclusive and there was a large choice of food to choose from, the kids had free ice cream all day which they loved. The hotel is very close to the beach (5 mins walk) and near to a bus stop / taxi stand should you want to go exploring. We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel which was only 11 euros, cheaper than booking transfers. Great hotel for families as there are day time activities to keep them entertained and a mini disco and shows in the evening - many thanks to Carlos and Isla who organise these activities. Only negative is you have to pay for air conditioning, English TV and for your room safe, they are about 3 euros each per day if you need them. Would recommend this hotel for families and coulpes as it is situated away from the party area of Puerto del Carmen. Great holiday!!

stayed here several times over the years with family groups and as a couple.always clean everywhere.staff helpful and friendly.
self catering facilities adequate for our needs.maid service very good and reception very helpful.good base if you don't like being in the middle of everything .there are  a few shops  bars and  resturants near but also it is not to far into peurto del carmen a nice flat walk to town and taxis are cheap to get back if youv'e done enough walking.if you are a family there are plenty of pools,kids club , entertainments and facilities to keep the kids happy.can thoroughly recommend this place to anyone.

i have stayed at this hotel for the past two years 1st jan for one week at a time and this is the best place i have stayed.
the staff go out there way to make sure you have a nice holiday
the thing that got me is my second time out there a waiter remberd me from last time.
you have four pools to choose from and eating on site is so cheap.
close to beach about 3 mins.
i have booked for 2007 bring it on
