Just arrived home from Barcelona. The room we were allocated was occupied due to an extended stay by the guest there. We were given a bigger apartment at no extra cost and without any bother. The apartments are very clean and roomy. There are plenty of wardrobes and drawers to put your clothes and suitcases in. There is a key card entry system which also operates the lights and also the safe. There is no extra charge for using the safe. There is a mini bar and the fridge is also stocked with soft drinks and water which you pay for at the end of your stayif you use anything and this is left to the honesty of the guest. If you have vsitors there is an entryphone system to your apartment and a spyhole in the door. The apartments are cleaned every day and used towels are taken away and replaced every day. The staff are friendly and courteous. There are no kettles or toasters but there is a small pot to boil water for tea or coffee. As this is a residential area there are plenty of bars and coffee shops around if you want to go out for breakfast. If you don't want to wash dishes you can leave them in the dishwasher and the staff will switch it on when they are cleaning the room. There are two supermarkets in the street and plenty of ATM's round about. The bus station and taxi rank is a few minutes away from the apartments and the main road is just round the corner. There are a couple of parks within walking distance and the Zoo is not far away. All in all a great place to stay and we would certainly go back to the Napols which deserves more than 2 stars.
