On arrival we were were not the happiest at seeing the apartments for the first time. The pool was disgusting and we had to keep on complaining to the reception to get it cleaned as it was unsuitable for anyone. The apartments were basic, there was only two single beds and no pull down bed for my daughter we had to squeeze onto a single bed!!! The location was the best though, just a few minutes to the great beach and pubs etc. Did not have any trouble with noise, except the bin men as we were situarted next to the outside bins.

Me and my husband have just got back from a week at Los Rosales and we were very surprised at the standard of these apartments.For after reading reviews that said basic and budget apartments thes were spot on .Very clean and spacious and right by the beach and nightlife. Puerto Del Carmen itself was great ,plenty of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep . Spent many a good evening in The Travellers ,the couple that ran it were very friendly and made us feel welcome each time we went in.Would definetly go back again to Puerto Del Carmen itself and also Los Rosales as both had everything we needed for a great holiday .See you all there !

The apartments were in a terrific location. Just 100 yards or so from the seafront, and the heart of the nightlife (restaurants, bars, nightclubs, etc.)
Despite this, we experienced no noise - hard to believe, but true!!
Apartments themselves were basic, but were kept clean by the maids. Towels were changed every 2 days, bed linen was changed weekly. The apartments were adequate, with a wee cooking hob, fridge, pay tv, and the option to rent any extra requirements.
Any problems (we had our 16 year old son with us and the initial "bed" they gave us was completely inadequate)were resolved very quickly by the staff.
Reception is not 24 hours, so if you arrive late in the day, you may need to visit another local apartment to get your keys.
All in all, we would recommend the apartments for couples or families looking for accomodation close to the beach, and close to the nightlife.

we found the apartment spacious and clean, rooms cleaned every other day. well situated for the beach and the bars and restaurant's are just 5 mins walk away. Two pools well maintained and helpful staff at reception (only open at specific times). Plenty to do and see in Puerto Del Carmen for families, couples and friends. well recommended

me and my fiance were there a couple of years ago and we absolutley loved it. it is the perfect place for whatever your interested in. you are near the nightlife and all amenities, and so close to the beach but you can escape to the pool or your apartment easily if you want peace and quiet. we went twice and are going back this year because it is the perfect place. we have some wonderful memories and would'nt ever try any other apartment. see you there!!!

We were very pleased with the apartments,coming on a cheap last minute girls hloiday we didnt expect much in the way of the clenliness of our appartments but we couldnt have askes for more with not even a 2 min walk from nightlife and beach,we will certinly be back!

The apartment was extremely clean and spaciouswith all the amenities you need. It is within five minutes walking distance to the beach and nightlife. But the beauty is, if you are going to escape your family it's perfect, as these are not family apartments.Their family apartments are situated out of earshot across the road.Bliss. The pool was clean although a little slippery around the edges. All in all a perfect base for a holiday without children. Close enough to enjoy the nightlife but quiet enough to be able to sleep when you eventually decide you want to.

Exellent location 50 metres to the centre of the resort.very clean.Supermarket across the road.Lots going on for all ages.would recomend the los resales to any one who likes to be on the door step of everything.nice pool and quiet so you can get a good nights sleep.we were there 11/01/2006 till 18/01/2006 taxi fare to and from airport is 11 to 12 euros each way.enjoy.
