We've just got back from our wk away in magaluf and can honestly say these were the best apartments i've stayed in and excellent value for money!! They are in the best location if your after a holiday of partying and relaxing on beach!! We met 7 lads from luton while we were there and can honestly say that everyone staying in apartments were friendly. The maid comes ever few days and changes towels and stocks up toilet paper. They will tidy apartment and make beds if your not and they are quiet when your in bed and don't disturb you while they give bathroom a quick clean. We had a great surprise in the fact we booked a 1bed apartment and ended up with a 2bedroomed apartment with a huge balcony possibly biggest in block!! We could see the beach and the strip so knew when it was getting lively and its also right near to all restaurants that are very reasonable. Nothing is too far away and verything including water park was within walking distance savig us lots of money on taxis n buses. We are booking to go again next june and would recommend these apartments to anyone who doesnt mind bit of noise (bedrooms are at back so not too noisy in rooms) and wants a cheap and clean place to stay!!

Me and my two mates stayed in the Porrassa last week, we stayed for 4 nights. The stay was fantastic and we had the best holiday ever!! When we first arrived a member of staff was waiting with the key, the location was great right in the middle of the strip. We thought it was going to be very noisy but the rooms are at the back and we couldn't hear a thing. The apartments are spacious, clean and cheap, everything we could have asked for!!! The only downfall was the water, it was very cold and only one of us could have a hot shower before the water went freezing. Other than this though we had a fantastic time and would definately stay there again. Would recommend for the younger generation. +++++

We were booked in for 2 nights. A bit strange having no reception, but when we rang the mobile number, the security man came to us within 5 minutes to give us the key. The rooms were clean, spacious & well presented. We thought we would struggle getting to sleep with the main strip outside our balcony, but in the bedroom we couldn't hear any noise hardly at all! We would stop there again & recommend the apartments to others.

Best holiday ever!

We went last year in september and had the best time ever! The rooms were so clean and spacious with a very large balcony. It's probably the best apartments u can get if ur going away with a group of friends. We loved that we didnt have to stagged too far back, its so close to everything!! Were booking again to stay here for July 2008!

very good location! best part of it, it was only 100 yards frm the beach, 2 mins from bcm (BCM BCM BCM). and right on the strip!. only problems where the lack of air con, twas very hot! and nowhere to put our bags when we had to leave (as there is no reception). but if ur there just to have a drunken clubbling holiday its a perfect place to crash. xxx

This hotel is great right in the center of everything and the beach right across the road you couldnt wish for anything better.
We was really happy with it we could see the strip from are room so we knew what time it was starting to get busy and the beach is 2 mins away

This hotel was great. It was right on the strip so if you got to drunk while getting ready you wouldnt have sobered up before you got to the bars! Its 2 secs from the beach and 2 mins from BCM. Even though it was on the strip once you shut the doors and got into bed you couldnt hear anything. Ther was only one problem and that was the heat! Even with all the doors and windows open it was still like a sauna. The rooms were clean, neat, tidy, a bit basic but thats all we needed. I would defo book again

We stayed at the apartments from 9th - 12th July 2007. Well what can I say? We booked this apartment having read no reviews (as I couldn't find any) and therefore had no prior information about it. We booked for only 3 nights because we managed to get cheap flights in the Monarch sale, so we weren't too bothered what the apartments were like. I have to say though we were pleasantly surprised and it was very clean, spacious and had nice views over to the beach. Unfortunately when we were there there was quite a bit of building work going on just across the road which started at 7.30am and considering most of the clubbers only finished screaming down the strip about 6 or 7am, we didn't get much peace, but for a more mature couple we were not bothered as we had come prepared with some earplugs! The apartments were full of young men and women - more like a club 18-30, but they were all really friendly and apart from them being a bit loud they were having a great time and that is what mattered. The strip comes alive around 10pm until around 6am with lots of people and loud music, which was 'interesting' to watch from our balcony. All in all, I wouldn't have picked these apartments if I were staying any longer, but for 3 nights they suited our purpose (which was a couple of days in the sun and to get a suitcase full of cigarettes for my husband - the tobacco shop was just a few yards away which was perfect!) So to recap - if you want to be in the centre of clubland, on the strip, in a clean spacious apartment with most having sea views and only yards from the beach then this is the one for you. The apartments are situated in the middle of the strip where all the main bars are. They are clean and rooms were cleaned and towels changed. The only difficulty we had was getting the key to our apartment on our arrival because the apartments are unmanned. Enjoyed our time there and would go back.

stayed at the apartments july 6th /10th 07,right on the strip next to all the bars,disco,and nightlife,this is exactly what we wanted.quite big apts with a twin bedroom,and a pullout sofa for 2 people.also a kitchen and a big balcony.just warming you the apts are very very noisey day and night with loud music from the bars and the people on the streets,the the young teenagers comin back at 6 or 7 in the morning and going on the balconys chatting. the apts are for the younger people, its more like club18/30,but that is what me and my mate wanted.found the apartments clean and tidy,there a kfc across the road,macdonalds 5 min walk away ,all the rooms are seaview and 2 minutes from the beach,best bar in the day is daiquri palace beach bar x
