Stayed for 6 nights in April 2008
Stunning suites ( Antique Chic ) with everything you could wish for a real 5 star treat. With only 8 rooms and as many staff the attention to detail is geared toward the high end visitor. A true Oasis in the heart of the Medina and just a 5 miunte stroll to the main square. Breakfast is served on the roof top terace where there is also a small plunge pool and comfy sunbeds. When you arrive they even give you a free mobile phone should you get lost! Just a 10 minute drive from the airport.
Please tip the staff very well they deserve it as wages are less per month than the room rate for 1 night!
Best place to eat is the Aqua Pizzeria on the main square Place Jemaa el Fna fresh food, clean, good staff and excellent coffee. Eat on the terrace to avoid the many beggars. There is much poverty which takes some getting used to so keep plenty of change to hand out you will need it.
