I booked this for me and my girlfriend, and after reading some reviews, was a little worried. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found when I got there. The hotel was in an ideal location, only 30 seconds walk from Kensington Gardens, and close to Underground Stations on the Central, Circle, and District lines. The room itself was clean and tidy. It was a little small, but was ideal as we did not intend to spend alot of time there. The only thing to be wary about is lack of proper shower. There is a shower head sticking out the wall in the bathroom, and a plughole in the middle of the floor, so literally everywhere. Overall, this is very good budget hotel, with everything you need when holidaying on a shoestring
