Weekend break

My husband and I have just returned from a weekend break to Paris and we stayed at the Ampere Hotel in the 17th district. We had no problems finding the hotel and the transport system was amazing. The hotel was as we expected following the reviews we had read from other travelers' and the room was clean, neat and not disappointing. The breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold choices and there was plenty to eat and if the breakfast area was full, we were given the option of sitting within the bar or conservatory areas at specially laid tables.
Alpha rooms confirmed the booking and sent all details through promptly via email and we cannot fault the experience. Thank you.

Excellent in every way. Close to the Perierre Metro station, which you can link to get to Disneyland. Great restaurants nearby - would recommend the 17 bistro dwon from the hotel. 20 minutes walk from the Arc De Triomphe, situated in a quiet area of Paris but centrally located to reach all of the tourist areas. Very clean hotel, brilliant piana bar in the evening. What else can we say? We'll definately be back...soon!

this was a lovely hotel in a nice area about 15 mins walk from the arc de triomphe, near metro & train stops.good breakfast, good local restaurants especiailly 17 bistro next door.

Would have given a rating of about 3.5 out of 5 if I could.Nice hotel, excellent location & comfortable rooms. Staff on the reception desk (especially Anna) very helpful. Unfortunately it falls down in other areas. Had to queue for 15 mins to enter dining area for breakfast as they have a very limited amount of tables. Excellent car parking facilities,safe & secure, but be aware, you will be charged for using it. To summarise I would say not bad if you can get yourself a good deal.
