The Ambassadors Hotel is situated in the South Kensington area of the city, just a couple of minutes walk from both Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations. It is a very modern, simple building, with a small lobby and seating area with a pale wooden floor to greet guests. It is both bright and clean with the bar and restaurant adjacent to this area. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms at the mid-range Ambassadors Hotel are small but very clean and in good condition, decorated simply, and modern and attractive.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good with a good variety of good quality food. The room was adequate, the bathroom was clean but there were some marks on the wall of the room and in the corridor. Overall the hotel looked like it had been refurbished was starting to get a bit shabby again
