Second time I have stayed at this hotel, and by far one of the best for food, cleanliness. I mainly travell to Benidorm 4 or 6 times a year, staying at various hotels. My only disappointment this time was being allocated a family room of 4 single beds, and I was on my own. Also, because the room had no balcony, space used to accomodate beds, the room overlooked a ground floor carpark and I was too scared to leave my bedroom window open because of the easy access. The twin rooms are ideal for single or two people travelling, but if you are a family of four then the typical family room I stayed in would be far too cramped in my opinion, as you still have the same wardrobe and bathroom size facilities. Maybe the hotel should concider adjoining doors on some of the twin rooms to cfreate family size rooms. Also, if you want to get away from the hotel cabaret noise, everyday & night, don't stay in a room below the 4th floor. I can also tell you that in the pubs and other eating places smoking is now allowed to the public. However, the smoking ban is still in operation throughout the public areas of the hotels, and this is why I booked full board.
