Whilst rather tired and shabby and in need of some TLC, the hotel proved to be an excellent base for our break in Nice. The bed linen and towels were refreshed daily and the breakfast, whilst basic, was more than adequate. Generally the service was good. The views from the hotel were poor but we did not spend a great deal of time in doors so this did not effect us adversely.
A good location and good basic accommodation; however, I would not recommend it to any one lookng for a little luxury!
