I arrived after an exhausting journey from the UK and fell victim to a pickpocket before reaching the hotel. My valuables were stashed away, but my wallet & a little money weren't, so it was annoying more than anything else. However, the hotel was fine, with friendly staff and a clean room. Do stay at the hotel, it is in a convenient location, but guard your valuables well on your journey through Athens!
