Almunecar Playa is located on the beach front, along the promenade and just five minutes from the historic old town of Almuñecar. All comfortable rooms are air conditioned and feature a bathroom with a bath, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, a ceiling fan and a balcony or terrace. A mini bar and safe are also available for a fee. Guests can take advantage of the WI-FI available in the lobby of the hotel and enjoy the outdoor pool with slides and Jacuzzi (exclusive access for over 16 year olds), with a pool bar. There is also a gym and indoor pool, open during winter, with a Jacuzzi (exclusive access for over 16 years). Guests can also relax in the Spa and Wellness Acquaplaya, with a circuit pool, sauna and Turkish bath and indulge in the treatments available. Guests can also be amused by the entertaining daily programme of day and night time entertainment. The hotel has a tempting buffet restaurant with show cooking, as well as the various bars, including Bar Teatro La Najarra, ideal for enjoying good music in a great atmosphere. PLEASE NOTE: Appropriate clothing is required for dinner (it is compulsory for men to wear long trousers).

Having arrived at the Almunacer Playa hotel we were both very impressed with the large and beautiful glass built reception area. The staff spoke very good English and our check-in lasted less than 5 minutes and we excitedly raced to our room to be greeted with 2 large double beds and huge bathrooms big enough for a rugby team!! We couldn't believe we had been given the opportunity by alpharooms to stay in this 4* hotel for the mere price of 34 euros! A real bargain with a fabulous English&continental choice for breakfast to start our day. 10 out of 10 can't wait for our next trip!!!
