THE BEST HOLIDAY IN THE WORLD 01 April 2008 Well me and my partner stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. There was plenty to do for the children ,the pools are excellent, we did not want to go home. I went there in 2006 and have returned 5 times, there is really good activities for the children and the locals were very welcoming. The sea is just like stepping into a hot bath it is perfect. The food is excellent and the rooms are fab and the views and great. We recommend for all families or couples .We have just come back there and booking to go again in August, it is just lovely. laura, wales/cardiff Family with Children 11 and Under
review of our honeymoon spent at ROYAL ALBATROSS MODERNA 26 October 2006 Our stay at the Royal Albatross Moderna in 2004 was our first time to Egypt, the hotel was top quality and staff could not have done any more to have made our stay any better. Food was very good for quality & choice. On this our first visit to Egypt we found the local people to be very welcoming & helpful, and within the hotel this was even more so. We went on a trip to St. Catherine's Monastery from the hotel with a packed breakfast as we were leaving early and the contents were ample for the job (we have to say that the trip was more than worth the experience).If we had the opportunity we would love to go back to the hotel and the experience of the adventure. we would also recommend this hotel to families and couples alike, P.S. it has taken us this long to decide the wording of this review as this year we returned to Egypt and wanted to see if other hotels were the same and the one which we stayed in although good was not a patch on the royal albatross!
