What our customers say

The Albani Hotel is a clean, pleasant, and comfortable base for exploring the rest of Rome.  Rooms are good size and the bathrooms are large, bright and provided with a shower curtain--all  features somewhat lacking in other Italian hotels.

Some reviews make it sound like Albani is miles from the action, but really it is in a very lively area, much like the upper East side of New York.  Yet it is away from the noise and wall-to-wall people/traffic in areas like the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain or Colosseum.

There is plenty of restaurant and shopping activity in the immediate area, with some very elegant and stylish clothing stores.  We walked to dinner every evening and took strolls in the Borghese park nearby.  The park has well groomed, wooded paths--asphalt, crushed stone or natural for the best morning run we've ever had.

Albani is just a block from a bus stop where you can catch frequent busses to the central Termini hub for any subway, train, or bus route you might want.  We stayed here for our first four days and our last two days in Rome so we got to see two different rooms--which were of consistent quality with a quiet balcony above a tree filled park, which appears to be closed.  We would definitely go back.
