This was a very large hotel, in an excellent location for exploring Salamanca. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was excellent with a lovely shower. Breakfast was fantastic with such a wide variety of food to choose from, with both hot and cold options. Although there were only about 5 other guests in the hotel, the staff were very unaccommodating when we asked for a packed breakfast on the last day due to an early flight departure. Breakfast did not begin until 0730 which seems quite late compared to other hotels i have stayed in, and although we only wanted perhaps a croissant to take away with us (which we had paid for) the hotel would not give this to us. This is certainly not a 5* hotel - i have stayed in much better 4* hotels in Spain.
