Not long back after a five night stay at this hotel.Booked transfer and hotel through alpha rooms perfect from start to finish.Staff at hotel very helpful.We Needed to alter our return transfer arrangements we asked the help of reception who did not hesitate to ring the taxi company for us to change pick up time and even let us stay in the room for longer to save us sitting in reception.Rooms very spacious with lovely bathroom,mini fridge(Prices very reasonable).Allocated a large corner room with a terrific balcony.lovely views of Prague.Casino downstairs with large sports bar, pool and snooker tables.T.V. on every wall for all sport watchers.Bar staff give excellent service and the prices very good.Hotel is in an ideal spot for getting all around prague with transport to and from right outside the door.Plenty of places to eat in the area Staff at TGI Fridays could not have been nicer and spoke excellent english(I could not speak a word of Czech)We ate there a couple of times.You will find the nearer the centre you get prices do seem to be higher for food and drinks.If buying an all transport ticket for the duration of your stay which will allow you to use both the trams and the underground go to the station near henry,s supermarket on the main street (Not far from the hotel)staff speak very good english and helped us find our way around.giving us a good map with tram numbers to were we needed to be.All in all a fantastic time loads to see and do and the icing on the cake was the hotel being nicer than we expected.Well done to all involved for making our holiday go so well.
