Establishment Renovated in 2004, 70 Park Avenue Hotel is an attractive and comfortable, luxury city hotel comprising a total of 205 rooms. The hotel enjoys a fabulous location on Park Avenue in the centre of New York and in the immediate vicinity there is a diverse range of shopping facilities, numerous restaurants, cafes and bars aplenty and extensive entertainment venues. The building is air-conditioned and welcomes guests in a lobby with the convenience of a 24-hour reception desk, cloakroom, and lift access. The modern and comfortable rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub, and hairdryer and a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, and an Internet connection are also included. An iron and ironing board, a double or queen-size bed, and a hire safe are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.
